About deborah A. Hall

Deborah is President and Principal Consultant of The Hall Group-HR Management, LLC.

 

She is a human resources executive with more than 25 years’ experience and a proven track record of implementing strategies that improve the employee experience by focusing on transparent leadership, engagement, accountability, and execution. 

Before starting the Hall Group, Deborah held several executive-level roles including Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Organizational Services Officer, and Chief Operations Officer. She partners with clients to provide the architecture for enhancing culture and organizational performance through fair and equitable policies, procedures, and systems. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, HR transformation, workplace culture and engagement, talent strategy and performance management.

  • MSA in Human Resources Management, Trinity University

  • SPHR and SHRM-SCP - Certified
