Maren is a results-driven project manager with over 20 years of experience managing HR, technology, strategic and operational projects. As a subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership and HR teams, she helps create value in strategic planning initiatives, internal operations, and business process redesign. She uses a consultative coaching approach that motivates high performance teams to action and excels at bridging communications between management, IT, and employees.
As the Hall Group’s Director of HR Operations, she works directly with our executive team to manage operational activities. As our Senior Project Management Consultant, she plans and manages our client engagements.
